The younger international chess stars such as Fischer aand Spassky are noted for their brazen defiance of ultra-sound positional play. Not that they cannot play careful steady chess! But the point is that more points are scooped up if chances are taken, and this holds true on all levels of play.
The Fischer-Tal-Spassky era will give forth amazingly combinative games which will be a pleasure to behold.
