Croney on Lincoln's birthday. The only games lost by him were -to Fred Reinieid or city college, tne present New York State champion, and A. E. Santasiere, former club champion. Fine succeeded Arthur W. Dake, of Portland. Ore., as titleholder.
Be cause of unfinished games, the other prizes remain undetermined.
